This Evil Dead print by artist Olly Moss certainly represents the pinnacle of movie poster artistry. It was created for screening at the Alamo Draft House in Austin TX.
The cold woods, the cabin, the burial, the black veins on Ash's possessed hand - wonderfully blended together inside the stark image of a frayed hand reaching up from beyond the grave. It perfectly captures the tone of the movie. All on a screen-printed, signed and numbered, edition of 250.
Tragically, these are long gone.
