Garrick "Biggs" Hagon
here was a big draw. Wasn't even aware he was riding the convention
circuit. Pleasant guy (figured the cutting room floor would've left him a
bitter man). Mentioned that his favorite line, coincidentally
his longest line, in The Movie was
the "bush-pilot" praise he lays down on Luke in the Special Edition.
Autograph lines were virtually non-existent, which was an unexpected bonus (reckon the Star Wars craze is finally dyin' down, eh? Soon the reins of fandom will again be turned over to the hard-core). Peter Mayhew, fast becoming a wookiee staple of sci-fi conventions, was also in attendance, though only for a brief period on Sunday.
