For the twenty-dollar entry fee (fifteen if you could produce a student ID) I expected a bit more in terms of dealer tables (or "$calpers" as some folks call 'em) and commercial displays. The twenty or so tables in attendance were selling a vast cornucopia of sci-fi paraphernalia at OUTRAGEOUS prices (although I did find a box o' Yakfaces for a mere three bucks each). It was, on the other hand, pretty enjoyable to walk up and down the isles and see where all the toys you had as kid ended up at ("Hi. You don't know me, but apparently you know my Mom, because she gave you all my toys.")...
