and improved model. Previous entrance didn't do well with
the test audiences, so we brought down the curtain. Thought we'd

Star Trek Enterprise pilot last night wasn't too shabby. As
expected, high productions values gave an antiseptic sheen
to everything, which is a Trek hallmark at this point. Dug the
new (somewhat Falcon-inspired) ship - though the captain's
quarters felt like a cramped utility closet. While the vulcan
chick was quite the spicy meatball, none of the other characters
really made an impression one way or the other. Widescreen was
cool - didn't notice if it was in high-definition... Will hold
off on Final Judgment until we've knocked back another episode or
